AUSTRALIA

 

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) with Australia Post free of charge with every purchase over $50. Anything below $50 has a postage fee of $2. All orders that are wanted within 1-2 business days an additional $18 will be required for Express Shipping. This option is at the checkout option online where you can choose whether Standard Shipping or Express Shipping is right for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

We use DHL international & Airmail for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $20 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $75 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Beauty By Bel does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

 

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safedrop” Beauty By Bel will not be held liable for missing parcels.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

All Beauty By Bel orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will  exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our team

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 


Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. 
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
If returning from OUTSIDE the EU please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges. 

Beauty By Bel do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
